Wiper fluid pump over the years this dealership has been very good, 100% positive, over and above what would have been expected, especially the service department G over the years this dealership has been very good, 100% positive, over and above what would have been expected, especially the service department Good service this time as well, although thought the cost should have come in a bit lower according to the information available online. was $150/hr of diagnostics, the problem was exactly what was anticipated (water pump for the windshield). The actual cost of the part was $90.00... my bill was over $400.00 Not a big deal, would still recommend BB to anyone looking for a Mercedes. Worst Customer Service Ever / worst service manager ever Have had Benz for half my life never been treated so poorly. Mr Socia has NO clue how to fix cars only to treat customers like trash. I will never ever recommend or use Benzel Busch again. They were no help, didn't fix my car properly, purposely so my warranty would run out and then made sure no other person at MB would help me. They should be ashamed for the way they treat returning customers. Tool my car to a service place and they found exactly what was wrong and why, took a video of everything and now I'll have my say. Car fixed in one day the right way by someone else! See you in court. More
