Always great service I have been to Riverview several times and each time I was met before I was practically out of my car. simple service I went for a major service. Online price showed $145. Worked with Bruce who had previously advised me that I had a water pump leak that was going to c I went for a major service. Online price showed $145. Worked with Bruce who had previously advised me that I had a water pump leak that was going to cost $400. I advised Bruce that I only had enough for the major service and I had not noticed my vehicle leaking. He explained why I would not see the leak. I advised him I would have to come back at a later day for that repair as he kept going back and forth on how important it was to repair. My gut instinct knew that this would be the beginning of the end with this dealership. While my vehicle was getting serviced Bruce called me and Advised me that my oil threads had stripped and that I would have to pay $300 and in order for him to proceed he would have to place an order for the part in another state. I spoke with Derek the manager regarding my concern with this and he advised me that this sort of tuning happens and took $20 off my bill which totaled $327.80. I noticed when I got home after picking up my vehicle 3 days later that Bruce wrote out a report once again and it did not no longer have the water pump leak. I felt I had been defrauded at this point. It must have mysteriously fixed itself. Two days later my maintenance required light came on. I filed a complaint with headquarters and never received a response. Called back to headquarters two days later and they transfered me to manager Melissa Ross who stated very unprofessionally "Dont get mad at me I Dont know what's going on and all I know is that we can not reimburse you for anything". She said she would have to have somebody else call me back who would ha e a better understanding. Not sure what that meant. Never received a callback. I will never return to Brent burve Toyota scion. I have made several consumers aware of the snakes specifically in the service department. I purchased my vehicle there 6 years ago and up til this point planned to return for my next new vehicle. Its a shame that will now not occur. More

It was truly a pleasure to bring my vehicle to Riverview. The first person I saw greeted me warmly and made sure the service advisor I had spoken to (Bruce) was informed I had arrived.
