They’re very quick and they call/text you to make sure you’re inf , I take my Tacoma in to get it serviced or fixed and they’ve treated me like a VIP. Disappointing Was told a recalled part would take most of day. That's fine. Get called literally 2 minutes before they closed its done and just needs to go thru was Was told a recalled part would take most of day. That's fine. Get called literally 2 minutes before they closed its done and just needs to go thru wash. Sure, takes me about that time to reach dealer. Get there, car not ready it washed. Wait another 30 minutes. Car pulls up. Car not washed. Dirty hand prints left on exterior. So clearly not washed. Leave because just want to go home at that point. Just disappointing. More
