Service on car was good but ride to work was scary! Jeremy was my service person. He was nice. Wes was my driver for the shuttle. Berger was Amazing! I brought my recently purchased Equinox to Berger because of a subtle creaking noise from the suspension. RECALL I brought my Equinox in for a recall. We were told it could take up to 3 hours and offered to drop us off at the Mall or where else we wanted to go. I brought my Equinox in for a recall.
