Other than that, they took care of me, appreciate the different areas you can wait, and the options for snacks and drinks. More

On the fence I had some road trash stuck up under my vehicle and asked that it be removed during the service. It was not. If the vehicle is up on the hoist for a I had some road trash stuck up under my vehicle and asked that it be removed during the service. It was not. If the vehicle is up on the hoist for an oil change, wouldn't it make sense to take the trash off without being asked anyway? I had to go back in and ask to have it removed. The plastic was left on the seat and steering wheel both times the vehicle was brought back. This was my first experience with the service dept at Berger and I was not impressed. I don't know that I would recommend Berger to anyone as I am on the fence. How am I supposed to rate the quality of work? How do I know the oil was actually changed when your service department leaves obvious trash underneath my car? More
Berger Collision Center has amazing customer service I contacted Berger Collision Center on Tue 5/29/18 and spoke w/Jodi, explained that I needed a RH mirror painted and installed on my 2015 Camaro. She I contacted Berger Collision Center on Tue 5/29/18 and spoke w/Jodi, explained that I needed a RH mirror painted and installed on my 2015 Camaro. She told me that one of estimators would contact me Weds 5/30/18 with the details. Carrie called me promptly Weds and explained the process. We scheduled the work and had the mirror painted by Thurs and scheduled for install on Fri 6/1/18. I arrived for the install at 10:30 am and Alden greeted me and promptly took my car in for the mirror install. I waited less than 1 hour for the work, chatted with Carrie and Alden during the process and could not be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend Berger Collision Center to any one looking for bodywork. More
