The internet staff was very responsive to all my online inquiries regarding the truck I wanted to purchase. I am in DFW and had a deal almost worked out at a Volvo dealer here and happened to find the exact same car at Bergeron for $7000 less. I quickly worked out a trade and deal with delivery over the phone. I was so impressed with how fair, low-pressure and honest these guys were! I will return for business with them - even being 8 hours away! Side note... the only thing I would say is I would really still like to get the keys I left in my 4Runner back = ) More
