My wife has a Volvo and I have a Dodge. Both service departments are very difficult to deal with. It is extremely difficult to even in touch with someone on the Volvo side. They are not unfriendly, mayb departments are very difficult to deal with. It is extremely difficult to even in touch with someone on the Volvo side. They are not unfriendly, maybe just overworked or short staffed? Certainly they are unavailable. The Dodge sides seems to have a similar problem but at least you can speak with someone readily. They are not accommodating but you do not have to wait days to speak with someone. Once again, they seem very knowledgeable and are friendly enough. I have never had any issues with repair or service, but trying to schedule or be accommodated is an absolute nightmare. More
