People were friendly and helpful. The service (oil change) was quick. It only took 30 minutes, give or take 5 minutes. I can’t believe that I have a 2014 Jeep with less than 21,000 miles on it with a problem that you can’t do anything about. I have never heard of such a thing!!! After bring it into the shop for 3 days 21,000 miles on it with a problem that you can’t do anything about. I have never heard of such a thing!!! While I can't prove it, I'm virtuaay certain my truck was delivered to me with a dent on the top of the cab. When I saw the dent (2 weeks after purchase) I took the truck back to the dealer.
