OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. You probably wont believe this, as I probably would be suspect. But I really feel the need to express my sincere vote of confidence in the car buying process. I attribute the entire process to Terry Brown, my salesperson. From the onset, I really felt at home during the process I really felt that he was truly looking to find the absolute best deal available for my situation. I didn't go in there with the intent to buy on the same day, although if the deal was right, I was ready to move, truthfully I don't think it would of mattered with him.. I think he knew from the start I was a serious buyer if he addressed all my needs. He did this with flying colors... I truly cant say enough about Terry, It was the first time in my life I enjoyed the car purchase process, AS for the car I chose, the GMC Terrain.. I absolutely LOVE this vehicle... This dealership is over 30 minutes away and I have at least a half dozen dealerships closer to me. which I drove right by.. I am happy to provide a full fledged reference for: Terry, the Dealership, and the terrain which I am really enjoying.. Thanks for an awesome experience. More

A great buying experience After searching quite a number of dealers I came across a listing for Bergey's in autotrader.com. I checked their website and they had what I wanted ( After searching quite a number of dealers I came across a listing for Bergey's in autotrader.com. I checked their website and they had what I wanted (12 gmc terrain) at a great price. I clicked on "click your deal" and got finance quote and trade in price online. A quick call from Scott and I was in my suv the next day with some assistance from Glenda. Nice friendly staff. I think I will be a customer for life. More

Horrible Customer Service Dropped my car off at 6:30am for an oil change. I actually made the appointment 10 days in advance. They never even touched my car. When I called to Dropped my car off at 6:30am for an oil change. I actually made the appointment 10 days in advance. They never even touched my car. When I called to find out if it was done, they said, I left it at the wrong service area. Then they told me since it was 4:45pm that I would have to reschedule. No Thanks....if they don't want my business, fine. I will take it somewhere else. More
