I am incredibly frustrated with my experience at this dealership. I live 72 miles away (a nearly 1.5-hour drive each way), and the lack of communication and respect for my time has been unacceptable. dealership. It had mismatched front and rear tires, a small dent in the hood, desperately needed a detail, and had an outstanding recall. Despite these issues, we agreed on a price, and I left a deposit. Five days later on 9/15, I was told new tires were being put on, but the dent wouldn't be fixed until 9/21. Not wanting to wait, we agreed on a small credit so I could handle the dent repair myself. After a lot of back-and-forth, we scheduled my pickup for 9/17 at 10:00 AM. While I was literally on the highway driving there—just 20 minutes away from the dealership—I got a call at 9:33 AM telling me the car wasn't ready. I had to turn right around and drive over an hour back home. To make matters worse, they walked back our previous agreement; they now claim they are fixing the dent and the recall but have no timeline for when it will be done. They also admitted the car hasn't even been detailed yet. While they offered a small financial compensation and delivery to my home, the sheer disorganization, broken promises, and wasted driving time have completely ruined this buying experience. I would advise buyers—especially those driving from out of town—to look elsewhere. More
