He also took extra time with us figuring out financing options and reviewed all warranty options available. We had a few little issues right after purchase, but Bergeys took care of it all (no out of pocket cost) and the service area was great. I was in a hurry to get in a new truck and on to work, back to life, and Keith simply assisted in making the process expedient with no loose ends. Thankful for the experience and would strongly encourage buyers to just go to Bergey's and get it done there. It won't feel like the typical buying a car experience. Hassle Free Buying Experience Buying at Bergey's Ford was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I found several vehicles on he website that I was interested in and Buying at Bergey's Ford was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I found several vehicles on he website that I was interested in and within 24 hours I was contacted to see if I had any additional questions. Keith Godshall was the sales rep I worked with and he was phenomenal. He listened to what I was interested in and never tried to pressure me into purchasing a more expensive vehicle. He also worked with me to get a higher value on my trade in so that we could make a deal. Keith was extremely responsive to any questions I had after our initial meeting. He quickly responded to all of my emails and followed up on everything I wanted to know. I would recommend that anyone wanting a sales rep that will treat you with respect and kindness ask to work with Keith. Kristin the finance rep was also fantastic. When I went to finalize my deal she went through all of my extended warranty options. I politely listened because I know she was just doing her job but I wasn't interested. I politely declined and Kristin left it at that. She didn't try to change my mind. She simply expected my decision and moved on. Overall I only spent about 2 hours at the dealership and couldn't have chosen a better place to do business with. I will certainly be recommending Bergey's and Keith to all my friends and family. More
