Only if you're desperate and ready for abuse Horrible. Would never have bought there except I was getting desperate. When it's more than one employee acting that way, you know it has trickled down from the management and/or owner. The salesperson not only knew next to nothing about the Ford car I bought, but was perfectly fine with saying so and seeing no reason to find out any info that i asked -- then had the nerve to tell me she knew what she was doing because she does this every day. She also gave me incorrect info about multiple things, including the fees charged by their own sv dept. (Remember, if your warranty is from the dealer, they can potentially tell you there's nothing wrong with your car when you bring it in for warranty repair, then charge you a diagnostic fee of $100 or so. I honestly prefer a salesperson be direct and to the point rather than effusive and pretending to be my friend -- i appreciate a professional approach -- but this salesperson was beyond the pale. They didnt even wash the car before handing it over -- despite lying and saying they did. When I asked for the trash in the trunk (under the spare tire) to be vacuumed before I took the car home, I was told, "they wont lift the tire to vacuum underneath." This is the least of the abuse, i cant even list it all here. The manager, Scott -- despite being nice the first time I came in -- did nothing but contradict himself -- aka lie -- about the condition of the car and the certification process, when i came in to buy it. (I did give him 2 stars for being helpful prior to the day of the sale when he got nasty.) They refused to give me a ride 10 mins away to return my rental car to Enterprise. The salesperson said she might be busy with another customer so even though i was buying the car from her, she would not give me her time to drop off my car. Even though i was buying the car, she said she would wait on me at the same time as someone else if they came in, that is their policy. Every time i asked to speak to a manager or get warranty info, those people "were in the middle of working on a deal" even tho i walked over and they were alone and not with anyone -- and even though i said i'd be happy to wait til they were done. The warranty person wrote warranty quotes on sticky notes. I knew i needed a car right away when i went in, or of course i would have walked out -- any of you who have read my other reviews know i have done this multiple times when other dealers do their abusive game. They are really mental xxxxxxxxxx. IF THEY ASK YOU TO LEAVE YOUR RENTAL CAR THERE TO BE PICKED UP AFTER YOU[VE GONE -- KNOW THAT YOU, YOU, YOU! ARE RESPONSIBLE TO THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THAT CAR WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION. TIL THE RENTAL COMPANY HAS THE KEYS BACK, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE, SO DO NOT BELIEVE BERGEY'S LIES WHEN THEY TELL YOU "IT'S FINE, EVERYONE DOES IT"! I overheard another employee degrading a woman customer over the phone, and then telling his coworker how stupid she was. When i tried to defend her, he started verbally attacking me. On the phone, the operator pretended I was yelling at her so she could hang up on me. It was endless. Some other piece of garbage salesperson came over to try to synch my phone with the car, and when he pushed a bunch of buttons on my phone and i asked him what he did -- i never gave him permission to change my phone without knowing what he did -- he berated me by saying he wasnt going to "give me a tutorial" on how to use my phone. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL people. If you like being on the receiving end of humiliation, go shop for a car, and include Bergey's Ford of Ambler on your list. Also, not once, all day during the horrible process, did anyone say "thank you." More

Quick professional service I recently had the unfortunate situation of being stuck without transportation, as my old car had broken down beyond repairs. In the process of looking for another car and scrambling to locate a reputable dealership, I came across Bergey's Ford of Ambler on an online site. Upon finding a car that looked to fit the necessities, I reached out to see if it was still available for a test drive later that day. I was informed that it was and that I could come in to check it out. Went in to find it in excellent condition and Keith was very informative and friendly from the start. Definitely not a pushy salesman type. A few days later once all my financial info was secured, Keith made the pickup process easy as well. He showed me around the dealership and made sure the car was all set to go when I arrived despite the pouring rain that day. Kristin in finance helped with the rest of the info and she was equally as professional and helpful, allowing me plenty of time to go over warranty options, etc. Thanks for the fantastic service Bergey's I would definitely go back to them in the future.
