Purchased a vehicle and bought a lemon . Purchased a vehicle from bergeys ford in spring house and bought a total lemon. I have owned this vehicle not even a year and put less than 1000 miles on the vehicle and have had transmission problems from day 1. Thank god I have a warranty but the in and out of the dealership has made purchasing a pre owned vehicle a nightmare. I went to the dealership to get inspected and they tell me I have a low tread tire and need it replaced? Seems when Bergeys sold the 2014 vehicle to me the Bergeys quality assurance team must have missed that someone put a 9 year old bald tire on with the existing tires. Dealing with Spring house ford in Ambler doesn't numb the pain either. I will need great customer service for me to change my review. As for now I'm making another call to Bergeys to bring the car back in for possible transmission issue again. I will edit this review once my issues have been addressed. More

Ford Expedeition I had not purchased a new vehicle for some time and was a bit nervous going in. Joe Davis made me feel immediately comfortable. Each step of the process went smoothly thanks to Joe. It is January now and I happened to be driving by the dealership so I stopped in to thank Joe once again.
