State Inspection plus multi point inspection I arrived a little late for my appointment but this was not an issue. Chuck took care of me quickly and without an issue. My MKX was in for state insp I arrived a little late for my appointment but this was not an issue. Chuck took care of me quickly and without an issue. My MKX was in for state inspection, emissions, and we decided it was ready for another oil change. During the inspection, the technician found that an outer tie rod end had failed and it would need to be replaced plus the car would need to have an alignment performed. Since I put a lot of miles on the car i appreciated that this was found and service completed. During the alignment, it was found that the rear needed to be brought back into alignment. Chuck gave the reasons and the price for the service and it made total sense to have the service completed. I have been in the automotive aftermarket for over 40 years, in fact worked at a Ford dealer early in my career and I can tell you Chuck Bernatowicz is one of finest service managers I have ever been in contact with for any service. He is always very knowledgeable abut any repairs my vehicles need and the associated costs. Chuck is a primary reason I bought my vehicle at Bergey's Lincoln. More

Chuck is a far cry from from helpfull and feeds misinformation which is unacceptable for a prestigious name like Lincoln. On a positive note they have an individual named Brian in the same service department who is the complete opposite. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good and Chuck makes the experience intolerable. More
