I had oil change, tires rotated, and inspection VW Service was great! Car was taken when I arrived at appointed time. Service manager kept me informed. Service area is neat, clean and comfortable. In addition, there were fresh baked cookies, to go along with the coffee/tea/water of my choice. My car was totally washed, inside as well as outside. Unless you are buying they are too busy for you Needed air in tires. They are now over inflated thought they knew what they were doing. Told him I go elsewhere for oil changes because they are too busy and I can’t leave my car for a whole day. He says I need to do it there because Kia has special oil filters because their cars run on oil. Lol all cars run on oil. More
