A/c work on my Mazda CX-5. After getting diagnosed with a bad a/c condenser and paying over $1000 i discovered my evaporator coil was bad also. Another $1400. But then discovered that my back-up camera was blank. Back to the Dealership again. Fixed camera. I told Gary the service desk man "I'm tired of seeing you" With a laugh thrown in. Very expensive fix for out of pocket for me. No warranty for my 2014 Mazda. More

Prompt service Service was very timely and was given the answer as to whey my rear hatch was never locked when I tried it. The owners manual omitted the explanation. Factory Recall and Service Came in for 1 recall they found out there was two more did all recalls changed the oil & filter and repaired my key fob with a new battery and rotated Came in for 1 recall they found out there was two more did all recalls changed the oil & filter and repaired my key fob with a new battery and rotated the tires.Washed car cleaned windows & mats and even gave me a coupon to bring down the price for the oil & and tire rotation.Now that is Service. Oil Change Everything was great only complaint is that I had a coupon for $39.99 oil change that included tire rotation but when I requested to upgrade to pure s Everything was great only complaint is that I had a coupon for $39.99 oil change that included tire rotation but when I requested to upgrade to pure synthetic oil I was informed it would be about $20 more which I expected; however after work was completed my bill was $73 which I didn't dispute at the time but when I reviewed my bill later I noticed I was charged $15.95 for tire rotation. I will be more vigilant next time but overall experience was good More
