(This is my 2nd time going back) berglund service department refuse to work on the car told me to go to Ford-Lincoln dealership because they wouldn't have the parts that I needed but they didn't bother to check the problem. Long story short spark plugs and engine coils has been replaced 3xs and now Ford-Lincoln dealership will not work on the car because it's an internal issue. PLEASE BE CARE WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE! the cars are sold as is they bid on cars that were repossessed or traded in because of issue etc. More
