An underpriviledge mechanic service area review-dirty service bays and mechanics with dirty clothes entering your vehicle-- scratched my wheels and did replaced them and scratched the new ones! Ram truc service bays and mechanics with dirty clothes entering your vehicle-- scratched my wheels and did replaced them and scratched the new ones! Ram truck as expensive as they are and have a service area as this in Berglund JDR. I had a professional wheel repair person of 21 years analyze the wheel scratches and determined that Berglund JDR's tire changer and wheel balancer caused these scratches along with mechanic negligence. Of course they denined any wrong doing as corporate management would. Evening the new hired service manager agreed with my analysis of the mechanic area. As a veteran, I would not TRUST BERGLUND for car service! On a scale of 1 thru 10, I give them a negative 5!! Joe US Army veteran!! More
