The other sales attendant was on the phone when I walked in. Thankfully as soon as he hung up he promptly helped me. The other 2 continued to ignore me. This is the not first bad experience at this service center. I hope it improves on the future or I will go to another dealership. More

Awesome Customer Service I had issues with my Power Train on my 2012 Dodge Charger with over 110,000 miles. I had the extended warranty. I took it in on Tuesday and got it b I had issues with my Power Train on my 2012 Dodge Charger with over 110,000 miles. I had the extended warranty. I took it in on Tuesday and got it back the following Monday cause their was just a lot of issues with the Power Train. The service manager Bobby Porter was just unbelievably awesome. He took care of everything including providing me a loaner car. The communication was fantastic and the warranted covered everything beyond the $100 deductible. (I would highly recommend if you purchase a car from this dealership you by the Mopar Extended Warranty). Bobby is a man of his word and the crew of mechanics are top notch. My car is running excellent and I just cannot say enough how over the six years of working with this dealership how amazing the service has always been! Proud to be a Dodge Charger owner with this team. More
