It's been my experience that every time I move it is difficult to find a good place a secure place to have your car worked on by competent people. I was disatifyied that my vehicle did't have a cd player. Jaden was a super sales person, friendly and polite. Always trying to provide us with the vehicle we wanted. Apparently lost all 4 hub caps from dealership to home. Got home with all four job caps missing. Called service and they advised me the technician had difficulty getting them on. Last year after many services at your facility, I randomly checked my oil level and found the dipstick rusted in the metal tube, so the oil level was obviously not checked after filling.The ordering of a new metal tube, dipstick, and associated hardware required me to make three trips to your facility to get it finally resolved. I was given a free service after that and now I’m faced with this. I’m obviously not happy at all and honestly don’t know if I’ll ever go back to you. More
