After my car was stolen — and not just my car, but my entire purse with my ID, money, cards, and keys snatched right from my locker at work. I was thrown into a nightmare. I had no ID, no driver’s license, no checkbook, and no real time to figure it all out. To make things worse, my insurance company gave me just a few short days to replace my vehicle before I had to return my rental, and I hadn’t even received my reimbursement check yet. To say I was stressed is an understatement. Then I met Brittany Johnson. From the very first moment, Brittany stood head and shoulders above every other salesperson I encountered. She treated me with honesty, compassion, integrity, and most importantly, heart. She didn’t just sell me a car, she jumped through every hoop you could imagine, navigating obstacles like no ID and no checkbook, and somehow made it all happen. She made sure I wasn’t left stranded. And not just any car, Brittany helped me find a car that fulfilled my dreams. I knew it the moment she opened the doors: a beautiful ride with air-conditioned seats to keep my bootie cool on hot summer days! (Small detail? Maybe. But when you’re rebuilding from chaos, those little luxuries make life feel hopeful again.) Brittany worked tirelessly to make the impossible possible, treating me with patience, kindness, and genuine care. It showed in every phone call, every signature, and every solution she found. Sold car back to Ford here because we didn’t have a choice. Ford has a recall in their transmission and will “fix for free” but wants to “charge” you $2900.00 to fix it because the “faulty” transmissio choice. Ford has a recall in their transmission and will “fix for free” but wants to “charge” you $2900.00 to fix it because the “faulty” transmission is tied into a faulty clutch system. So car is not fixed cuz can’t afford to pay them so we practically gave them the car and guess what? The check that was to come in a couple of days never came. 2 days of coming to Ford to find out where check is and no one can give us an answer. Always some lame excuse of why they can’t find the check. Last one is they don’t know who has the paperwork even though check has been processed! I will never buy another ford again. I’ve had too many with transmission problems. Not to mention, I believe this place kept “finding” something else wrong for us to pay to fix when it was always the transmission/clutch recall Ford doesn’t want to fix. This particular dealership doesn’t know what the xxxx is going on. The xxxx manager can drive to their local accountant office and get the check. Been waiting here for over an hour and now it’s they lost the paperwork. Well then, write another xxxx check! Canada is suing Ford for these faulty transmission/clutch failures! United States should too. The manager that is here today doesn’t even have the courtesy or respect to come and talk to us. I will find out who he is and make another review. Listen up folks, don’t buy from Ford! They rip you off and don’t stand behind their product. Is it companies like them that take every hard earn penny from the low income people and line their pockets while we struggle to find the money to find another used car. They have the car, the title and the check. Meanwhile, we wait and wait for answers and that check! More
They seem to do solid work whenever I go there and my most recent visit was the first one without the moronic Today Show blasting on the TV in the waiting room so that's progress.
