Horrible Customer Service! This visit was horrible! There was no information regarding how long it would take to fix a recall on my car. I was told that the parts were not in st This visit was horrible! There was no information regarding how long it would take to fix a recall on my car. I was told that the parts were not in stock and that I would not be able to get a rental vehicle while my car was being serviced. My oil change took OVER two hours to complete even though I was the first appointment of the day. I only got my car back after I asked them to get it off the lift immediately. My oil changes always take over two hours even though I am the first appointment of the day. Also. the service staff failed to take my complaint of my car shaking on acceleration. They also failed to complete the assessment of the shaking that is supposed to be done before the recall was discovered. After complaining to the manger, the parts for my recall and they found a rental for me. The service department needs better training on better customer service.Also, due to the failure of the service team to pay attention to their work, they failed to put my battery connections back on my car properly which caused my car to die. My car will not be returning for any future service nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from Berglund again! More
