We went to Berglund Ford to work with John Templeton on a replacement. We arrived late on a Thursday evening and he stayed over to check on a truck we had seen online. He then followed up with us the next morning to let us know the one we were interested in had been sold but continued to look for something within our price range and with the options we wanted. He found a truck in Bedford, drove to Bedford to get it and guided us thru the purchase. Friday he put in at least 11-12 hours helping us. He’s the best car salesman we’ve ever dealt with and can’t say enough great things about him. We also had a super experience with our young finance person Mark (I think). Very knowledgeable and personable. All in all the stress we had been under was relieved because of John’s willingness to provide customer service that was off the chart More

Bad experence turned into a great one. Annual Checkup I put very few miles on my Ford F-250 Diesel and this is my annual checkup where I get VA State Inspection, oil change, tire rotation and general over I put very few miles on my Ford F-250 Diesel and this is my annual checkup where I get VA State Inspection, oil change, tire rotation and general overall checkup to insure my Ford continues to run as it should. Josh Moyer is an excellent service advisor and with 26,000 miles on my vehicle, he recommended fuel filter change to assure continued optimum performance. The service took about as long as I expected and I enjoyed Berglund's spacious and attractive waiting area. The young lady that assisted me with checkout was courteous and very pleasant. I don't necessarily enjoy having any vehicle serviced for any reason, but Berglund Ford makes the experience as pleasant as possible. I appreciate that, and whenever I have the opportunity, I do recommend the Berglund family of dealerships, and especially Berglund Ford. More

Awesome Dealership!!!! Called in looking for a passenger van and talked to Alex. Told him I wouldn't be able to make it in until an hour before closing. Once I got to the dealership Alex met me and had the van pulled up front. Needless to say... the total purchase time was 40 minutes. Alex and the managers at Berglund were a pleasure to work with.
