Experienced car problem while travelling. Everyone associated with Mazda service went out of their way to help me when my car became disabled while travelling through the area. I was given rides to and from a nearby motel while the service department analyzed the problem, which turned out to be a failed transmission.( which was under warranty) Johnny Mason was terrific: ordered a new transmission immediately and arranged for Mazda to pay for a rental car so that I could continue my trip, which was very much appreciated. He was patient, courteous, efficient and personable. Can't say enough about how good he was. Also, cudos to the service technicians. This wonderful treatment was even more wonderful since I was not a regular customer, but rather a stranded motorist passing through. More

Larry & Paul were Great I met Larry when I had my 2014 Ford Edge serviced earlier in January. I expressed an interest in a new car at that time and met with Larry Perry. He provided a lot of information about a new Ford Edge. I asked to see a new Edge then. He was going to show me one but it was pouring down rain. I asked where they were and he indicated that they were at the end of your lot. I didn't want him to get wet, so I told him that I would just drive by and look at them from my car. When I got to those new Edges, I decided to get out of my car to take a closer look. I turned around and there was Larry ready to answer any questions that I had standing in the RAIN.
