Disorganized I was told to show up after 1:00 for a state inspection, I arrived at 12:45 and they took my truck into the service dept. for the inspection. I sat waiting until 3:35 pm at which time I went to the service counter and waited for the woman to get off her cell phone so I could ask if my truck was ready? She went back to check then came out and the finished paperwork had been sitting on her desk next to her, my truck had been finished and sitting for a long time. they had me sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours until I finally went and started asking where my truck was. I found it unprofessional and disorganized and a complete waste of my time. I just bought this truck from this dealership and I am supposed to get free inspections as long as I own the vehicle but I will gladly pay to go to another place that is a bit more attentive. More
