Nice staff but problem still not fixed The staff are very nice and I believe they put in the effort to fix the issue. However, this was the 2nd time I took my car in for this same issue, and after having my car for over 2 months, the issue still persists. The issue is a rattling back-seat cupholder in my 2017 Volvo XC90 - which seems like a simple fix.. not like it's in the motor or electronics. At this point I just wanted my car back and will try and deal with the annoyance. It certainly doesn't help Volvo's brand that a brand-new car has a rattle that is obvious to everyone riding in the car. More

The sales manager (Sonia Older) had no concern for the customer experience; shopping at a jaguar dealership use to stand for professionalism and integrity, she had neither. I provided all the information, the VIN# and over 15 pictures of the vehicle I was interested in trading the day prior to the 412 mile trip; on Sonia's instruction, I drove the vehicle there, just to have her say that they do not take in trades of that year regardless of the condition; that they could only take it to the auction. She could have told me that up front and I would not have driven it, adding more unnecessary miles to a vehicle I'm trying to sale. But no problem, I decided to proceed with the purchase. After being approved by Jaguar, Sonia Older, was $995 away from the final figure I had in mind. She informed me that the price was the price, they didn't negotiate; and the fact that the vehicle was certified cost over $2500 alone. This is where her lack of business tact and lack of professionalism was really displayed. Her logic was making no sense, it was as if she was caught off guard and didn’t know what to say; offering one bad excuse after another to justify the price. Finally as we got ready to leave, she then said that she would drop the price by $995 but remove the certification. Either the vehicle was certified or it wasn't; and how did she go from a $2500 evaluation for the certification to only $995 value! Needless to say, I felt that if she loved her used vehicles that much she could keep it on the lot. She had no negotiation skills at all; no smart business manager would let an approved customer leave over $995 and not even offer to split the difference. I got a person. Does not communicate well. Attempting to get problems fixed. Still waiting on parts after 4 weeks. More

I would absolutely refer this dealership and my salesman to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Great customer service all around!!! More
My wife and I went to Roanoke from Blacksburg to look for a new SUV or Crossover having had a Toyota Sequoia for 10 years. We first drove an Acura MDX at another dealer but thought it was a stiff ride and n a new SUV or Crossover having had a Toyota Sequoia for 10 years. We first drove an Acura MDX at another dealer but thought it was a stiff ride and noisy. We then went looking for the BMW dealership but found Crossroads Volvo first. Marselle interupted his lunch to speak with us and take us for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, described everything well, and described the benefits of Volvo or Acura and BMW (mainly smoother ride and quieter). After the test drive, we decided to "look at the price". After some tough negotiations, we arrived at what I felt was a fair price and agreed to take the showroom model that had just been unloaded that week since it was the color and interior we wanted. This dealership received all "Greats" because of the time and effort put into this deal and the way they made you know that this was a long term relationship, not just a purchase. Highly recommend the Volvo brand and Crossroads dealership and especially Marselle Culpepper. More
We have recently purchased two Volvos on two separate occasions with the help of Marselle Culpepper at CrossRoads Volvo. We specifically returned to Crossroads to buy from Marselle again even though we l occasions with the help of Marselle Culpepper at CrossRoads Volvo. We specifically returned to Crossroads to buy from Marselle again even though we live in another state. He is knowledgable about the cars, helpful, easy going, and up front in his sales approach. Also Cecil Morgan and Gregg Sparks were great help in answering all of our questions with Gregg even offering to help our working daughter get her car to the service department if she has problems! We have enjoyed all of our interactions with the sales and service departments at CrossRoads. More
Marselle was incredibly helpful, which meant a lot to me because this was my first experience purchasing a car. I am comforted in knowing that Marselle and Cecil are just a short drive away in case I have problems with or questions about the car. My family has owned Volvos for years, and I have dealt with a lot of Volvo dealerships. Hands down, I would recommend CrossRoads above all others. More
