Awful customer service If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I was emailing a salesmen named Ryan about a Camaro t If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I was emailing a salesmen named Ryan about a Camaro they have, he said they are always open to reasonable offers, so I gave him an offer I thought was reasonable given the amount of time the car has been on the lot. Instead of counter offering, or even trying to make the sale, he simply replied "Cody, we're done here." I thought that was incredibly unprofessional, so i tried to contact his manager through the chat on their website. They told me they didn't have the managers information and to give them my e-mail and phone number so they can tell the manager to contact me. A day or so went by then Ryan e-mails me back saying "I received your inquiry asking for my sales managers e-mail.  Were you ready to make a realistic offer?" I then asked him for his managers e-mail where he then stopped emailing me. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car here due to the lack of professionalism when dealing with a customer. More
