Came in looking for a work truck to replace the one that I had. Told Thomas, the salesman, exactly what I had to have and needed it asap. Then he proceded to look for another truck, with all my requirements in mind, and found one in another location and had it sent over for me to test drive that day. Went ahead an made the purchase. The day I took it home driving on smooth pavement, I noticed an issue with the transmission. Thomas had me bring it in for inspection and they replaced the transmission within a few days and I had it back with no additional charge, and absolutely no opposing discussion. Bad things can happen, but how you handle it, makes all the difference. More

During my oil chane & tire repair, I sat in the waiting room during service. I could hear conversations between employees like, "Do they know they have to do an oil change on that vehicle too?". It was concerning that they even were qualified to complete the jobs due to all of the seemed chaos going on around the shop. When the service was "finished" I was told my car was 'done' and I paid and went to leave. Upon leaving, I noticed my dash reminder for an oil change had not been reset & the sticker on my window still showed I was due for an oil change. After returning to the store, an employee fixed both thimgs upon request. Once I got home, I noticed a small oil leaking from my truck in our garage. Not happy with oil change service. So far, tire servixe seems okay. I plan to return to shop again to have them fix oil leak situation. More
