My car sat done in the service area for over 30 minutes. I found my representative very friendly, informative and knowlegable. The dealership had what I was looking for right on the lot. My only issue with the dealership was the time it took to buy the vehicl knowlegable. The dealership had what I was looking for right on the lot. My only issue with the dealership was the time it took to buy the vehicle. After one hour of getting details, a test drive and quotes with Chris, the representative, I was ready to sign papers for the vehicle. It took three more hours before I could drive it off the lot. I felt that was an excessive amount of time, especially with being asked to leave for lunch, or sit and wait for one hour. I felt the vehicle should have been sent for detailing immediately upon my decision to purchase, not after we completed all the paperwork. With the two hour round trip we made to get to your dealership, six hours of my day was used, just to buy the vehicle. I was also told my credit check was not back after over one hour of the paperwork completion. I have excellent credit. I find this unusual. Plus, the detailer found a chip in the windshield, so now I must make the trip again, to get it fixed. So far, I love my new Hyundai, Tuscon. I just hope the dealership will make changes to make the experience much more streamlined and enjoyable for the next customer. More
