Terrible Experience & Zero Transparency — Avoid I traded in my Volkswagen Touareg for a new Kia Sportage through Bergstrom Volkswagen / Bergstrom Kia of Oshkosh, and the entire transaction was a comp traded in my Volkswagen Touareg for a new Kia Sportage through Bergstrom Volkswagen / Bergstrom Kia of Oshkosh, and the entire transaction was a complete disappointment. The deal through the Bergstrom Volkswagen side was terrible because of the executive, Zach. He was completely non-transparent about the trade-in valuation, never spoke to me once, and was nowhere to be found during the process—until I requested a few minor, completely reasonable adjustments to the trade deal. Only then did he suddenly appear to raise issues and block any adjustments, despite having been entirely uninvolved and refusing to meet me face-to-face even once. To top it off, my sales person, Solomon, was active right up until the paperwork was signed—and then completely disappeared the day after the sale. I expected a fair and professional process from Bergstrom, but instead, I was given a raw deal on my trade, stonewalled when asking for minor adjustments, and ghosted immediately after signing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend doing business here. More
