Went to the dealership on a Saturday and close to the end of business. The salesperson and team leader were great. Took a vehicle for a test drive, discussed what I was looking for and possible trade vehicle of business. The salesperson and team leader were great. Took a vehicle for a test drive, discussed what I was looking for and possible trade vehicles I had. Great first experience. I sent a follow-up email on Monday, it is now Thursday and I have not heard a word from anyone. Started strong but concerned on follow thru. More
