Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh

I found Bergstrom's Body Shop to have poor communication with me during the process leading up to my repair. I didn't hear from them for weeks and had to repeatedly call them to find out what was happening with me during the process leading up to my repair. I didn't hear from them for weeks and had to repeatedly call them to find out what was happening with my car and with the insurance company. I found this to be very frustrating as I have always had excellent customer service from Bergstrom in the past. Once we got to the point of repairing my car, everything went smoothly and I was pleased with the results. As a result, I don't know that I would go back to Bergstrom's Auto Shop if I have another repair that needs to be fixed because of this experience. I think I would go somewhere else. More
