Never have I left a dealership this upset. I went in there more than a month ago with a very visible problem with my tires on my Tumdra with only 15,000 miles on it . The service representativ I went in there more than a month ago with a very visible problem with my tires on my Tumdra with only 15,000 miles on it . The service representative there took pictures of my tires , my personal information and the vin number of my truck and told me the service manager would get back to me next week since he was on vacation. Well, that never happened so I went back on October 9th 2026 . My tires are much worse and the service advisor on this day told me there wasn’t any information in the computer in regards to my visit over a month ago. I spoke with the service manager and they will not do anything about this even though my prior Tundra had the exact same thing happen and Toyota replaced all 4 tire at no charge. Bergstrom Toyota will gladly sell you a new vehicle but will completely leave you hanging when it comes to servicing the vehicle. I will be contacting Toyota direct. More
