Best service after the sale I ever had I had bought a pre-owned car there from Wade. He was really friendly and not pushy. I forget his boss' name but he was so cool and talked to me about I had bought a pre-owned car there from Wade. He was really friendly and not pushy. Owner cares! Originally my review sucked; as Jeff at the fountain store sucked. But when news of my experience hit the Owner Dan he called and made things right. I no longer get harassing calls as Jeff was fired. Dan corrected the automatic payment issues and spoke to me like a real human. Dan views his clients as real people and that to me means a bunch. My truck deal in fountain was not what I had expected and after talking around I herd that the fountain store has a great reputation (although I herd the same concerns I had with Jeff from 2 other people). So my overall 100% review is positive. If you are looking for a nice used bigger truck this is the place to go. When I get my next truck we will look here again 1st. More

Worst experience of my life. Brought the truck back after 24 hours of owning it and found numerous things wrong that could have cost me my life. The rear caliper was h of my life. The rear caliper was holding on by a single hand twisted bolt and every bolt you could imagine on that truck was loose. So I talked to the owner, which if youd like someone to discriminate against you for being a "millennial" then this is definitely the place to go. Every time I tried to return the owners call id get a text message saying "can i call you later?" No, I don't think so. Extremely unprofessional. I have never felt so degraded or disrespected before in my entire life for being a young adult. All in all, for 3 days they held my truck...and all they did was fix my rear brake pads for $50. I could have done that! The horn (still illegal to drive with it not working) was refused to be fixed and by sheer luck, got the whole thing recorded. So unless youd like to spend money on fixing your "new" vehicles and buying a lawyer, definitely #1 recommendation here. More

Bad used cars and trucks They will lie to your face. I was talked into buying a truck. That they said was good to go. Wrong!! I have many issues with this truck.
