When we came to Berkshire Mazda about a month ago to look for a used CX-5, Jim was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped us pick the right car I was looking for. He gave me a fair deal for my trade in for a used CX-5, Jim was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped us pick the right car I was looking for. He gave me a fair deal for my trade in and made the process very simple to purchase a used CX-5. Despite some delays with the registration due to COVID-19 and no fault of Jim's, I still got the car about a week after purchase and Jim had it ready to go with new brakes, tires, and changed the oil. Thanks Jim for making the process of getting my first owned a car a simple process and will definitely recommend you to any friends or family looking for a new vehicle!! More
