I traded in a two-year old leased Honda C-RV for a new H-RV which fits my lifestyle much better. I was assisted (putting it mildly) by Jack Dowd who couldn't have been more knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Jack had answers to all of my questions, brought things to my attention that I hadn't thought of - and made what can be a grueling and nerve-wracking process - a GREAT ONE! He is an asset to the company and I felt very fortunate to have worked with him. I also want to commend Wayne Hill who handled the financial end of the sales process. Once again, he made the process easy. He was ready with all forms needing my signature - with a full explanation of each. Answered all of my questions as we went along - and continued to maintain a friendly, warm approach. He is very good at what he does!!! I smiled all the way in my new car!!! More

Chris was extremely helpful and responsive and helped us set up a meeting with a salesperson. Although we did not buy a car from this dealer this time (we found a similar car at the same price with significantly fewer miles at a nearby dealer), we will make Berlin City our first stop next time---our initial experience with Chris was so positive! I also called with my vin to check on air bag recall and got an immediate answer. They also squeezed me right in quickly before my coupon expired! More

When I had to go in to deliver paperwork the finance guy failed to have my wife sign when we were in his office, I let my sales woman know about my concerns. It seems she didn't care or pass the information to the mangers because I have not heard from any body. I like the car but I won't go back to or recommend Berlin City Honda. More

half truths and lies purchased a 4runner in july. was promised paper work that never arrived or arrived later than promised.the price listed on line was pushed up when arr purchased a 4runner in july. was promised paper work that never arrived or arrived later than promised.the price listed on line was pushed up when arrived test drove the car and showed intrest. they didnt even want to talk after we rejected extended warranty.they tried to push us to use their lender instead of our bank.the car was delivered because it needed to be inpected before sold. the deliveryman was great. but paper work was missing and the driver had to wait at my house for a while no one respnoded to our calls.the new muffler had a ding in it the cleaning was terrible and cleaning supplies were still in the car with a funky smell i had to clean the car inside and out. we only recieved one key which never happened to me with a dealer before. I would not go back to this dealership and would tell others to stay away. More
