We came in only because we had a flat tire, but it became clear that not only were all of the tires needing to be replaced, but also we were in serious need of a number of maintenance services. So glad Dillon was there to help us! (He's a keeper, in case you hadn't noticed.) Let me also say that the level of services seemed much higher than on previous visits. In the future we won't treat Berlin like the dentist no one wants to visit! More

Not only was he professional and efficient, but he had a wonderful sense of humor! He estimated that our Maine state inspection would take about one hour, and our car was indeed ready an hour later. This dealership also has a large, comfortable, beautifully appointed waiting area, which added to our comfort and pleasure. In addition, a wide variety of complimentary snacks and drinks are available for the enjoyment of customers. My husband and I love bringing our Honda to Berlin City! More
