He kept me informed as the service was being completed and also made sure our two key fobs were repaired and covered by our warranty. The service took longer than scheduled (technicians neglected to do the wheel alignment and had to take the car back in), but Bobby explained the reason and apologized with his usual smile. Hard to be frustrated with such a genuine and friendly person. It was an expensive service, but overall another positive experience at Berlin City, thanks to Bobby. More
