It appeared to be a busy day and when the Service Writer said it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes that seems reasonable. Before that much time had elapsed a Service Tech came over and explained that my 2 air filters (one for the engine and one for the passenger cabin) were dirty enough to recommend a change. After looking at the pictures of my car's filters they provided I agreed to add that to my service work. Even with the extra filter changes I was out of the dealership fairly quickly. I depend on them to keep my "Your word is your bond"...so they say. I have been bringing my 2007 Honda Odyssey to Berlin City for service for years. I depend on them to keep my car in the best condition possible since I travel quite a bit. Before I left on May 12, 2019 for another cross country trip to Montana and return through Canada I brought my Odyssey in for service. The service was completed as discussed and off I went. I just returned accumulating 7,318 miles. The car performed without a hitch. I returned on May 9th for additional service and a check out. Everything was in great shape. Service was performed on time and exactly what we agreed on. A totally trustworthy dealership who does what they say they will do. If, and when my current Odyssey decides that it doesn't want to do another cross country my replacement Honda will come from Berlin City. More

Initially brought the Honda in for a gear shift issue. While there they took care of an airbag recall. While they needed to order a part for the gear shift, they rescheduled. Returned a week later, and fixed the gear shifter and performed an oil change. During the entire two trip process, everyone, especially, Jessica, were very helpful and professional. A nicely kept waiting room was a great place to relax during the 1 hour service. I would definitely use and recommend Berlin Honda. More

Service...Above and beyond I had a tire with extremely low pressire due to a nail. The staff are very friendly and truly seem to enjoy their jobs and care about pleasing their customers.
