Quick stop to get a replacement inspection sticker I had to stop in to get a replacement sticker for a windshield that got cracked while out of State. ME State Inspection Visit I've had 6 new cars in the last 13 years. I always bring them to the dealership for service. Usually, I'll take it back where I bought it except whe I've had 6 new cars in the last 13 years. I always bring them to the dealership for service. Usually, I'll take it back where I bought it except when I bought it out of State or when my service visit has been unsatisfactory. Much of that can be due to the service advisor representing the service department and the dealership as a whole. I've been to several dealerships and worked with many good service advisors... and a few that weren't. This service advisor at Berlin City Honda is among the most professional and highest performing I've encountered. She is efficient with the process and the service has been prompt. She ensures nothing less than customer satisfaction and resolution of any problems. Berlin City should be proud to have her representing them and ensuring care for the customer that continues after the vehicle sale. Keep up the great work! More

Poor sales service The girl I worked with in the service department was great! I had stopped in for a key replacement which she took care of. We discussed that we were looking to possibly trade in my car and she offered to do an appraisal. She asked one of the gentleman to take a quick look at my cat as I only had about 20 mins. He seemed annoyed. Addt it was pouring rain- he said he wasn't going out in the rain. Eventually, the service lady went and brought my car into the garage. We talked while he did a quick walk around and then went to his office. She went to check on the appraisal and came back and said he would give me a call with the information. 3 days later and still no call. Clearly he wasnt interested in doing the appraisal or any further business. More

Then my 2001 Accord was showing signs of excessive rust on the passenger side of the sub frame./thousands of complaints to Honda about the location of the a/c drain hose., causing the sub grams to self destruct. Honda basically said we’re doing nothing sorry. At Berlin City Honda = Mike Hoyle, Service lead, Nick Sansone= Service Director , And Paul Haney went above and beyond to rectify the issues with my rusted out sub frame , and the rusted thru power steering rack. Thanks to all and I have been a customer for over 40 years at this dealership and will continue to buy and service my Honda’s at Berlin City Honda. Thanks again for all your help. More

Fantastic Service I was greeted immediately upon driving up to the service bay by Eric, and was directed towards the large waiting area inside while my vehicle was bein I was greeted immediately upon driving up to the service bay by Eric, and was directed towards the large waiting area inside while my vehicle was being serviced. The waiting area was really nice; lots of snacks and beverages provided, along with reading materials and charging stations (thought that was a nice touch!). While I was waiting, two gentlemen at separate times walked around and asked if anyone needed a ride to work or wherever they needed to be. Eric was great and went over everything with me after my car was done. Will definitely be coming back for my next service. More

Awesome experience at Berlin City! We could not have asked for better service from Berlin City. It was a Holiday weekend and we were heading off to camp the next day when our 2018 Honda We could not have asked for better service from Berlin City. It was a Holiday weekend and we were heading off to camp the next day when our 2018 Honda Pilot wouldn’t start. We didn’t know what to do. Just before closing we got in touch with Nick Sansone who set us up with Ryan to get us a loaner for the weekend until they could look at our car on Tuesday. They truly saved the day! Our car was fixed on Tuesday and we couldn’t be happier with work that was done and the service that we received. More
