With the new facilities built in the past couple of years, the waiting experience is extremely comfortable. They are very efficient. My service took less than 60 minutes and I was on my way. More

Gratifying Our Honda CRV had an issue with a tire that had been punctured by a foreign object. The location of the puncture required replacement of the tire. Having previously developed an excellent, positive relationship with a specific service advisor, I had chosen Berlin City for the tire replacement. Unfortunately, this particular service representative was no longer with Berlin City to my disappointment. However, I was directed to Jessica Curit-Ramos, service advisor, who completely understood the vehicle's problem, priced the repair and scheduled an appointment approximately 2 hours after our initial contact. Within a few hours, our vehicle was returned to safe condition. The repair quote was kept as promised. Additionally, a complementary car wash was provided prior to my departure. Jessica, is thorough, specific, and in every sense of the word, professional. Jessica has a very pleasant demeanor and terrific smile. She is definitely an asset to Berlin City Honda, South Portland. More

He told me this was one of the only dealerships in the area who would respond to his service requests quickly and schedule his service within 24 hours.
