Going to have your car worked on usually isn’t fun. Berlin City changed that. Compared to the Honda dealership I was previously dealing with, Berlin City is a dream. Excellent customer service experience! After arriving at the dealership for a 10:00 AM Maine State inspection sticker, I quickly realized how busy the service department was at that time. E After arriving at the dealership for a 10:00 AM Maine State inspection sticker, I quickly realized how busy the service department was at that time. Expecting to wait a while, I patiently stood by my car and waited. Within a minute or two, someone acknowledged my presence and told me someone would be with me shortly. Within another 5 minutes, Eric Surawski greeted me and said he was going to get my work taken care of for me. He let me know that I could relax in the waiting area and have a cup of coffee and he would come and get me as soon as my car was completed. Erik returned after the work was done and showed me on paper exactly what was done on my vehicle. He also provided me with a Multi-Point inspection report showing me the status of my tires, fluids, brakes, drive train, etc. He gave me his card and told me if I had any questions, concerns, or needed further service to contact him and he would help. Being in the Customer Service industry for 40 years, this was the kind kind of service that I expected from my own staff. It was excellent, and greatly appreciated! More
