He made sure that this caused the least disruption to my busy life. I brought my Pilot in to a Honda dealership out of state (not by choice as I was traveling) to get a headlight replaced and they discovered a few concerns. The recall problem was handled immediately. During the inspection, the tech discovered that timing tensioner was leaking and needed to be replaced. Bobby took the time to explain to me in detail the extent of the problem, and he even showed me a photo of the defective part. The part was not available until the next day, but Bobby made certain that I had a loaner that night, because I had to make an early trip out of town the next morning. He even did the research to discover that the problem was covered under my warranty. He is definitely a credit to your organization, and he certainly went the extra mile for me. More

Another great service experience at Berlin City! I did not have an appointment, but my tire pressure light was on, so I called when I was in the area to see if service could take a look at my tires. Ryan told me to bring the car in, and he pointed out that my inspection was due, so he asked if I would be willing to wait about an hour. I did, and left with a newly-inspected car, and a tire that had been patched where they found a nail in it. All at no charge, and late on a Saturday afternoon! More
