Best of the best I was immediately impressed by these rice check in procedure. The two gentlemen who greeted me were so very nice and within minutes I felt a connecti I was immediately impressed by these rice check in procedure. The waiting room itself was set up in a customer friendly manner and offered several free choices of quality coffees and water and fruit. Very important to me are odors, due to compromised lung issues. Your entire environment smelled clear. By this I mean the drop off building held no exhaust or other noxious fumes. The rest room was odor free - no cleaning chemicals or flowery cover-up scent. No poop or urine odors. The waiting room was odor free too and it was crowded. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! More

Great customer service Bobby Ramos was there when I arrived and after a short examination discovered one of the tires was leaking air and needed to be looked at for service.
