Service on new Civic Although we have had some issues with our new Civic, the service department has been very attentive and eager to help resolve the problems. Specifically, the radio function controls have been intermittent on our 2017 Civic. Bobby Ramos scheduled a convenient appointment and kept us informed as the service tech attempted to identify the cause.
