Service on 2012 Civic We were in last week for service. Dylan Keane was our service tech. and told us what needed to be done and they had to "over night" the parts. He was very professional and even came in on his day off to finish us up. Had the car washed for us. Much appreciated as our car wash place was closed for repairs. The waiting room is a pleasant place to be while car being taken care of. Went back in for all fluids to be replaced and are good to go for another 30,000 miles. Nice experience and Dylan is a very caring person to do business with. More

Service I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted in the service bay area by Dylan Keene. He was professional, friendly and I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted in the service bay area by Dylan Keene. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was told that the service would take approximately an hour. When I came back to pick up my vehicle Dylan explained that I needed an air filter as well as a HEPA intake filter. He explained the need for both items and I agreed. He also emailed me a detailed summary of what was done on my vehicle as well as what was inspected. Dyan provided me with an excellent customer experience! Thank you Dylan! More
