Attention to detail, efficient and complete. My request for service was spur of the moment. I had left a message with Bobby Ramos, Service Advisor, asking for next day service for our Honda CRV. My request for service was spur of the moment. I had left a message with Bobby Ramos, Service Advisor, asking for next day service for our Honda CRV. Bobby answered the message promptly and scheduled the service for the following afternoon. I was anticipating the normal oil change service and was surprised to discover Bobby had determined the CRV was in need of the 30,000 mile service, of which, was covered by a purchased plan. He had the necessary manufacturer's scheduled maintenance performed. And, unexpectedly, the winter's dirt & grime was washed away revealing a super clean CRV! Mr. Bobby Ramos performs his duties in the most respectful, courteous and professional manner with the customer as his first priority. He is always very thorough and complete with all aspects of the appointment. He greets you with a smile and his smile will see you on your way. Berlin City Honda is fortunate to employ Mr. Ramos.
