Misunderstanding I experienced a problem when I initially brought my Pilot in for the window washer repair. I had previously stopped in and it was determined I needed I experienced a problem when I initially brought my Pilot in for the window washer repair. I had previously stopped in and it was determined I needed a part, which was ordered for me. I was called and told it was in. When I made a service appt, I said a part had been ordered and was in stock for me. The day I came in, the part was no where to be found. I was upset because it had taken them a couple of hours to determine it was not there. Then Jeff Lamore came riding in on his white horse, and everything took a different turn! He made everything all right, and I hope you know what a valuable employee he is. He's very personable, and helpful, and kind. I hasten to add that everyone in the service dept was polite, especially Dylan. So my overall opinion is a good one. More
