I would, however, like to comment on something that did not pertain to the service tech helping me and that is: It was my first visit to this dealership for service and I didn't know the routine. If I was told that you work with the same person throughout, it would have been a better experience. When I went to pick up my car, there was a man ahead of me who seem to be waiting for someone else. I asked him if he was all set and he said yes, please go ahead of me. Then a rude technician at the desk said that man was ahead of you and he will be waiting on first and before I could say anything, he walked off; About 5 minutes later he came back and asked who I was working with. I told him and he got the tech I was working with and then I realized how things were handled at this dealership. If it wasn't for Mr. Ramos I think I would get my service elsewhere. More

If it wasn't for the free inspection and tire rotation I doubt I would have come back. This last visit was better. Got me out quickly and didn't push services I didn't need although forgot to remove the paper floor mat and mirror tag. Much better. More
