Fluids and air filters were found to be black and in need of replacement, so I gave the ok to add those services. My bad for not asking about the cost first. Never imagined it would go from a $40 bill to a $400 bill just for fluids and filters. More

We have been loyal Honda ... and Berlin City ... customers for years. Also, thanks to Honda for FINALLY having the wisdom to can your earlier survey provider; the earlier survey was outrageously long, invasive, and ridiculous! AND it would not allow the customer to proceed through it unless they answered EACH question! So we couldn't skip through to get to where we could say good things about service without plowing through dozens of superfluous items. A real pain in the ---, so we simply refused to do them. This one gets to the point and gives you the basic response you need. STICK WITH THIS ONE! More

This may sound odd but I often ask for an early appointment as I work nights, so after my shift I bring the car in for a service. However this cuts into my sleep time ( I told you this was odd). There is a nice play room for kids but how about a room or two for the night worker to nap while the car is serviced? To prevent scaring the customer when the service is complete or if there is a question you could take their cell number and call with questions or once the service is complete. Yes odd but if the kids get to play perhaps the old folks should get to nap? More
